I now specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in the Portland Metro area.  My prior experience in sales, marketing, public relations, and customer service allows me to handle all of the angles of real estate with ease.

Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am known for outstanding  service, 24/7 availability, updated marketing techniques, and personal touches.  As a Certified Negotiations Expert, I am a skilled negotiator with my client's best interests at heart.  As a Pricing Strategy Advisor, I can help you price your home competitively, or submit an offer that will be accepted.  I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process, so that my clients make the best decisions possible.  I am honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

I am a firm believer about giving back, and I am particularly passionate about animal rescue.  I have volunteered with several rescue organizations, and donate a portion of each commission check to local animal rescue groups on behalf of my clients.  I am also a member of the Mt Hood Ski Patrol, and I volunteer my time on the mountain pulling sleds and attending to injuries as a first responder.

In my free time I am extremely active in the outdoors, as Oregon has so much to offer.  I love to ski, mountain bike, rock climb, and paraglide.  At home I love to garden, practice yoga, and hike with my two crazy but loveable dogs.  I have lived in the SE Portland  Hawthorne/Belmont disctrict for 25 years in an Old PDX Craftsman, which I have slowly renovated over the years.
